If Pro does not unlock, you bought the wrong Pro option, you made a duplicate purchase by mistake, or the purchase was not what you expected, email brian@decisionvision.com within 30 days of purchase.

Last updated June 18, 2026. DecisionVision Pro is currently available as a one-time $4.99 one-calculator unlock or a one-time $11.99 full-site unlock.
Restore Before Repurchasing
Use the restore flow first if you already paid. Your recovery code can restore Pro access without a second purchase. If your receipt arrived but the code was missed, or if you lost the code, contact support with the Stripe checkout email before repurchasing.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe. Bank and card timelines may vary after DecisionVision submits the refund.
